My name is Doug, and my wife is Fran. We own and maintain Apple Tree Apartments. All the places are in Orono and are less than two miles from the University. They are all CLEAN, COMFORTABLE, AND QUIET. We want you to have an enjoyable living experience.

All the units have washers and dryers, either in the unit or in the building. Driveway parking and heating included. Electric included in most units.
All units are on the bus route except the 11 Pierce Street Units.

All leases begin on June 1 and run until May 25th.

All units are both none smoking and pet free.

Security deposit and first month’s rent are due upon signing a lease.

We tell everyone that first and foremost we want to see you be happy and have a great place to live. Our places are really pretty nice. We would not rent you someplace we would not live ourselves. We have three sons. Two graduated from U Maine and the third attends Husson University. All of the places are 2 miles or less from the school, some are within walking distance. Our apartments are clean, comfortable, and quiet. Please check us out.
